Elemental Rhythm Breathwork helps you heal and expand in a way that’s profound – & fun!  The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience is designed to facilitate epiphanies and breakthroughs through carefully selected music & sound combined with different types of breathing, movement, meditation and integration.

Ceremony will begin by expanding your heart connection and consciousness awareness as Miranda invites you to connect with the spirit of cacao, allowing you to travel deeper through the breathwork with an open heart and expanded third eye.  Jamison will then guide you on a journey through his expertise in breathwork, meditation and guidance in navigation of the unseen spaces. Your complete experience includes breathing exercises, movement, music, channeled messages, guided meditation, sound and FUN! to allow for expansive breakthrough experiences.

About Jamison:

I'm a Dad, Neo-Shamanic Practitioner of many modalities, Spiritual Alchemist, Heart Centered Entrepreneur and Psychedelic Community Leader - all of those fancy identifiers aside - I'm a full spectrum human and steward of the HEART aligned with spirit on the path toward a more compassionate, inclusive and loving culture for all.

The journey toward the highest version of myself accelerated quickly by leaving behind my corporate life, my struggles with health and diving into the wonderful world of LIGHT. In 2015 I discovered the Lucia Light No3 a magical device that allows for exploring altered states of consciousness, using nothing but light frequencies!

I launched my practice www.lucialighthouse.com in 2016 and quickly found myself in the vortex of the new wave of psychedelics, plant medicine and all the lovely heart alignment that comes with cultivating a deep authentic relationship with not just medicine but source itself.

On the path to embodying that pure love frequency another tool I've deepened my relationship with is my BREATH. Our breath is truly our greatest ally in presence and for me the most efficient route to the core essence of my being. In January of 2021 I became a certified facilitator of Elemental Rhythm Breathwork a complete experience that incorporates not just breathing exercises but movement, music, guided meditation and sound to allow for breakthrough experiences. When I'm not facilitating altered states, holding space or otherwise making magic you can find me hosting meetups and organizing various initiatives within the psychedelic community at the grassroots level with organizations such as Toronto and KWCG Psychedelic Societies.
