Integration Call

Integration is the important aftercare process of incorporating insights, lessons, healing and experiences from your journeys into your daily life, fostering personal growth and emotional well-being. It is crucial as it helps you make sense of profound experiences, navigate challenges, and harness the transformative potential of your experience for lasting positive change.  

Before your journey,  you existed at a certain vibration which was mirrored to you in your life and life experiences.  After a journey, through the healing, insights and energetic shifts, your vibration is higher, closer to teh Love vibration that you are at your unique authentic core. When you return to life, your life will still be vibrating at the vibration of the 'old you'.  The task for you at this time is to maintain your higher vibration and not let those old situations in your life pull you back down to where you were before.  These calls help your keep you in your high vibration, based in the Love Frequency, as your life, vibrationally and experiencially, catch up to you!

These calls are monthly, on the second Wednesday of the month (except Feb 2024) from 7-9pm through ZOOM

We will take some time to center outselves at the beginning of the call.  Miranda will talk about how to recognize the things in life that are tryign to lower your frequency and how to navigate those situations to keep your vibration high,  Then the floow will be opened up for questions and assistance of individuals.
