About The Event
Even the strongest men experience tough times and find difficulty in coping. You may never know who is experiencing challenges in life because it is kept private, but it’s real. Statistics show that anxiety, depression, overwhelm, paralysis and self-doubt plague some of the best men in society, but outwardly this is never shown. This circle is a space to meet in private where you won’t feel scrutinized for being honest, emotional or supportive with one another. This circle holds the intention of cultivating deep and meaningful connections in a space to explore and understand your emotions, thoughts, patterns and life experiences in a supportive and non-judgemental space. Fire and sound may be part of the circle depending on what is needed the day of the circle
