We will begin with ceremonial cacao which is a powerful heart and third eye opener to support you in aligning to the energies, frequencies and vibrations of what you are calling in to manifest in 2024! We will then work with the fire element to transmute anything from 2023 that no longer serves us.  You will create our own unique Intention Jar as a physical, daily reminder of what you are calling in for 2024.  You will then relax in a Sound Journey of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, Rav’s and more, while receiving energetic healing. We will cut all limiting energetic blocks, attachments, heal  inner child wounds, past life karma, ancestral karma, and remove any other low vibrational blocks to your specific manifestations.  You will start 2024 perfectly aligned with what you are calling in to allow the Law of Attraction to bring the life of your dreams to you!

Your Intentions are the most powerful force in the universe and can change your life for the better. They bring about miracles and work with the energy of the universe to make amazing things happen and bring about your wishes, dreams and desires.  An Intention Jar is a container that is filled with written intentions or affirmations, crystals, coins, herbs, energetic healing and anything else that you are focusing the energy of the Universe to manifest for you.  The power of this ritual is amplified when creating them in a group setting as well as when imbuing them with the energies of fire, ceremonial cacao, sound and energetic healing.

• Anything specific that you would like to put in your intention jar such as small crystals, photos, coins (representing money) etc - some are provided but if you have anything specific that you want in the intention jar please bring it with you
• Yoga mat

How to prepare for the experience:

Please come on a mostly empty stomach as it takes time for the Cacao to digest and takes longer if you have food in your stomach.

There is no caffeine in this cacao though there is theobromine which does increase your heart rate 10-15%.  If you have any heart conditions where your doctor has told you not to drink caffeine or do any strenuous activity please let Miranda know ahead of time.  It also does not mix well with strong doses of antidepressants or anti-psychotic medication (small to medium doses are ok).  If mixed, you may experience a migraine later in the day.  If you are on any of these medications or have a heart condition, let Miranda know and she will give you a smaller serving of cacao based on how much medication you are taking and you can let her know ahead of time.  You can also participate without drinking Cacao at all, as the spirit of the plant will still be working with you during the evening whether you drink or not.  Feel free to message Miranda with any questions.
