Soul Farm Sunday's

Join us at Soul Farm once a month for a community day m focusing on gathering, connecting and spending time with our like hearted soul family in a space where you can  just be you. We recognize that you don't always have time to get to know the other members of our community when you come for events or ceremonies, so we created this event with that intention in mind.  And, we also want to get to know you and our community members more as well!

Come, hang out with the people that you resonate with, talk about the things that you really want to talk about, engage in conscious conversations and deepen your relationships. Meet those that you have sat in Ceremony with, but didn’t have time to connect with.  Enjoy music, potluck, nature, walks in the forest, sound (feel free to bring instruments), possibly swimming and whatever else we feel called to do with light hearted intention. Bring you rkids as there are offers for them as well.  This day is community driven and community directed with an intention of connecting and enjoying time together. Be yourself, bring instruments, your magic & gifts or anything you would like to play with, and share with others. Come for the entire afternoon or whatever time you are able to arrive.

This event is complimentary though donations are always welcome through our Go Fund Me Some of our infrastructure goals are building two bunkies, having an outdoor event canopy, upgrading our out-house to a compostable toilet, installing a hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge for our community events (including Soul Farm Sundays!!). These wish list items are intended to be accessible to our community when you come for retreats, ceremonies, and free community events, and feel aligned with the ways we want to evolve with you.  In order for this to happen, we are asking if you would like to donate to our fundraiser as many of you have expressed interest in giving back to the community and helping Soul Farm grow.  This fundraiser is a platform to help you do just that.  Here is the link with all of the information if you would like to donate today HERE

Poi with Sébastien

Join us, experienced or not, in the art of Poi. Originating as a traditional Hawaiian tribal ceremony, the art of poi can be both a fun and a profound way to experience the universe. Discover gravity and inertia as well as the divine geometrical energy sphere that surrounds you. Bring your own if you have experience, or come play with ours in a safe and fun way where you can learn new tricks or share what you already know.  Eventually . . . maybe even graduate to fire spinning! 🔥 All ages are welcome.

Drum circle with Sébastien

I would like to invite all to discover the freedom of expression that percussion can bring. From guided lessons of the basics all the way to liberating and energizing drum circles, you get the chance to become one with the beat. Every one can drum! It only takes a little practice to get going and the more you do it, the better it gets. Sebastien  loves to share his 30 years of experience in a fun and open context where you get to feel the bass beat and respond as your heart and soul desires. He has some drums to share and/or bring your own and let’s see where the groove takes us all. More into dancing? Come inspire us to make your body and mind move!!!

Contact Improv Offering with Katie

We will spend up to an hour exploring the fundamentals of grounding the body, flowing the natural impulses into movement, and explore ways to meet Self, the Earth, and one another.

This is a free offering, aspects of the experience will be guided, concluding in what is known as “jam” space, where the group enters free play and has time to move without instruction.

Curiosity and Creativity in Nature Play for Children with Naomi

Naomi Lynne is a budding clinical herbalist, incorporating 8 years experience with organic and permaculture earth tending care in her approach. Bridging the innate relationship that our bodies have with the earth, elements and cosmos, Naomi utilizes a tool box full of various approaches to bring harmony to body, soul and spirit. A newly discovered passion for child development inspired by her day job at a Waldorf Preschool in Guelph, now has Naomi finding joy in holding space for children to discover, play and be amazed by nature's gifts.  For this Soul Farm Sunday, Naomi invites children to join for some free play and exploration on the land at Soul Farm. With the goal of humble profundity, children safely following their curiosity and creativity in relationship to the natural world around them is what this offering is all about.

Elemental Breathwork with Curtis (Adults)

Curtis will be offering Elemental Rhythm Breathwork which helps you heal and expand in a way that’s profound – & fun!  The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience is designed to facilitate epiphanies and breakthroughs through carefully selected music & sound combined with different types of breathing, movement, meditation and integration.

HulaHooping with Helen of Joy (all ages)

Helen of Joy is a hula hoop performer, instructor and flow artist who will be sharing the magical movement of hoop play with our community at the upcoming Soul Farm Sunday. Open to all ages and levels of experience. This is a wonderful opportunity to let your inner child come out and play. Be curious. Be creative. Be joyful. Go with the flow.

Kids Inner Harmony Emotional Awareness Sound Journey with Sinique
