Summer Solstice Elemental Sound and Cacao Ceremony

Join us at Soul Farm for the Summer Solstice to connect with the heart opening spirit of cacao and the five elements through instruments, sound and healing frequencies.  Allow the sounds, combined with the heart centring connection of ceremonial cacao, to guide you on a journey of self discovery, inner exploration and expand your connection to the elements and energies of the solstice. You will be immersed in the deep healing sounds and frequencies of earth, wind, fire, water and ether as expressed through the gong, crystal bowls, Rav drums, chymes, kalimba and much more.  This will be the most meditative sound healing experience into deep relaxation and peace, expansion of consciousness, and opening of your body’s entire energetic system.  You will leave feeling blissfully connected to Mother Earth, the energy of the Solstice and the five elements and their healing frequencies.

*Please bring your own yoga mat blanket, eye cover and pillow for the experience and plan to arrive 5-10 min early to set up your spot. Doors will close promptly at 7*
